Cyber Medic is a digital health commerce platform combining an online pharmacy with lab-test booking. Patients can upload prescriptions, order medicines for home delivery, and book diagnostic tests — all from one app.
The healthcare eCommerce space requires strict regulatory compliance for prescription handling, cold-chain logistics for temperature-sensitive medicines, and real-time inventory sync across multiple pharmacy locations.
We built a React Native app with a Node.js backend, Firebase for real-time inventory, and Stripe for payments. A prescription OCR system validates uploads, and a logistics API manages cold-chain delivery routing.
The platform handles our peak volumes effortlessly. The prescription validation feature alone has eliminated dispensing errors.
