Tekish Health is a UK-based telemedicine platform that connects patients with specialist doctors for video consultations. It integrates with NHS systems via FHIR APIs, enabling seamless EHR access during consultations.
The client needed a platform compliant with NHS data standards (FHIR R4), capable of handling HD video consultations at scale, and integrated with existing GP referral workflows.
We built a Next.js web app with WebRTC-powered video consultations, a FHIR-compliant backend on AWS, and a smart scheduling system that accounts for doctor specialisms and patient history. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, meeting NHS DSPT requirements.
The platform has transformed how we deliver specialist care. Patients love the convenience and our doctors love the clean interface.
