CO-LAW Group needed a digital platform to replace their paper-based client intake and due diligence processes. The platform automates risk identification, document collection, and compliance workflows for a boutique law firm.
Manual intake processes took 3–5 days per client and were error-prone. The firm needed a system that could handle sensitive legal documents securely, automate AML/KYC checks, and integrate with their existing case management software.
We built a Next.js platform with a PostgreSQL backend on AWS, featuring automated AML/KYC workflows, secure document upload with virus scanning, e-signature integration, and a risk scoring engine. All data is encrypted and audit-logged.
What used to take days now takes hours. The compliance automation alone has saved us a full-time paralegal role.
